Dr. Clayton ingeniously brought the power of storytelling and film into our High Potential program, framed it convincingly in the context of our business goals and culture, and delivered a truly remarkable training session that has impacted participants well beyond the classroom.
The Heart of Leadership
What values, principles, and desires drive your approach to life and leadership? Through the examination of a critically acclaimed, award-winning documentary – produced and directed by Dr. Clayton – participants grasp and then apply leadership skills in a real-world task. Small teams will then produce micro-short documentaries featuring an inspiring leader. It’s typically a one-day session in which participants will clarify their purpose, thereby becoming leaders who make a positive difference in your organization and the world.
