Pathways to Leadership
This three-part program provides the insight and confidence to better lead one’s self, others, and the organization. Along the journey, typically lasting between 12 and 18 months, participants will experience 360˚ feedback, a personality self-assessment, a two-hour debrief with Dr. Clayton, powerful off-site sessions, organizational mentoring, and skills tracking. This pathway leads to an organization-specific, engaging capstone project.
